Mike Beckage started this company in 1994 after sealing his grandparents’ driveway with five-gallon buckets and a pickup truck. The next spring, every neighbor wanted theirs done. He kept the name, the orange cone, and the standard when Alex Patullo took the business over in 2013.
We still work the same way: show up on time, use the right materials, stand behind the job. Most of our work today is repeat customers and their referrals.

Prep and seal
Edges trimmed, surface cleaned, cracks filled, sealer brushed on. One liberal coat.

Cure and done
Cones and tape stay up 24–48 hours. After that, your asphalt is back in service.
The sealer matters more than the contractor will tell you.
Most sealcoating ads skip straight past what’s actually being applied to your asphalt. We don’t. Beckage uses refined coal-tar sealer that meets Federal Specification R-P-355e and a two-year written warranty that holds us to it.
