Our standard 5-year limited warranty is longer than competitors’ typical 1-2 years. It’s our way of standing behind every paving job we do — with one important condition: keep the asphalt maintained on the schedule we recommend.
What’s covered
A 5-year limited warranty against pavement defects on the asphalt installed by Beckage Sealcoating, conditional on Beckage continuing to maintain the asphalt per our guidelines. The warranty is voided if another contractor performs work on the asphalt.
How to file a claim
Notify us within 10 days of discovering a defect, by email, with photos of the issue.
Maintenance requirement
New asphalt must be sealed within 1 year of installation and every two years thereafter to keep the warranty active.
Exclusions
- Power-steering and tire marks
- Acts of God (flood, tornado, hurricane)
- Damage from vegetation (roots, growth pushing through asphalt)
- Settling on concrete curb edges
- Damage from equipment crossing the yard during installation
Beckage is not responsible for damage to existing concrete, pavers, or other structures during installation.
